The LM98513BCMT is a fully integrated, high performance 10-Bit, 50 MSPS CCD signal processing solution for digital copiers and scanners. The 10-bit analog-to-digital converters have excellent dynamic performance making the LM98513BCMT transparent in the image reproduction chain. The applications of the LM98513BCMT are Digital Plain Paper Copiers, Multi-Function Printers, Facsimile Equipment, Desktop Publishing, Flatbed or Handheld Color Scanners, High-speed Document Scanner.
